KF vacuum observation window, also known as vacuum window, is an optical feedthrough, mainly used to monitor the production situation inside the vacuum container, such as observing the temperature, sample state, etc., or to transmit light source. This observation window is crucial for monitoring the production situation inside the vacuum, especially in scientific research, material science, physical experimental research, chemical experimental research, biological research, industrial production and other fields.

Application scope: 

It is generally used in vacuum systems to observe the internal conditions of the vacuum chamber, and can grasp the changes inside the vacuum system in time. 
Materials:

low magnetic stainless steel 304 welded flange, 4J29 alloy, optical glass, etc. 
Process :

glass metal sealing process is adopted, and the common KF series flange is used.

Installation

The ISO-KF components are assembled by inserting a centering ring between the two flange faces, then securing the assembly with a flange encompassing clamp (see Figure 2).
