Aseptic sampling valves are measured and designed for sampling, medium viscosity products with about 0-1,000cP in viscosity and with particles up to 3mm in diameter. Such as Unprocessed Milk,Medical solutions, Filtered and unfiltered beer, Perfume, Creams and lotions, and much more.
·Available Sizes: DN6, DN8, DN10, DN15
·End Connections: Tank Weld, Tri-Clamp or on request
Temperature range of PTFE: 0 to 150ºC / 32 to 302ºF
Max. Working Pressure: 6Bar (87Psi)
Body: SS316L
Membrane: PTFE
Available in sizes from 1/4" to 1"
Max. pressure: 10bar (145psi); DN25 ~ 100
Temperature range: 50 ~ 248°F (-10 ~ 120°C), EPDM
End connections: butt-welded, sanitary clamp, threaded, flanged, I-line or others upon request.
