Three Pieces Non-Retention Manual Ball Valve With Mounting Pad SS304/SS316L Stainless Steel

Application

VFP series is a manual type sanitary 3-pc ball valve with Encapsulated PTFE seat, which is extensively used in food & beverage processing, brewing, oil refinery, cosmetic,  pharmaceutical, and chemical industries to control medium flow. The Encapsulated PTFE seat design with no residue makes it an optimum choice for sanitary needs.

Materials

Valve body: CF8 or CF8M

Valve seat: Encapsulated PTFE

·Balanced encapsulated construction minimizes cold flow

·Precision stainless steel balls reduce torque and friction  losses while extending sat life

·Lockable handle can prevent accidental actuation

·Integral ISO 5211 mounting pad

·Sizes are available from 1/2"/DN15 to 4"/DN100

·Connection: Welding, Clamp, Male or others upon request.
