From our humble start to deep cultivation in the stainless steel industry, Wenzhou Qiming Stainless Co., Ltd. (QiiMii) has completed its 11-year journey. To thank all staff for their consistent companionship and hard work, relieve work pressure and strengthen team cohesion, the company organized a full-staff outdoor team building activity at Yunyu Bay, Pingyang, a warm gathering celebrating our 11th anniversary.

01 Leisure Fun | Fishing & Catching Shrimp by the Lake, Embrace Gentle Rural Leisure

The first stop of our team building is shrimp fishing by the lake. Colleagues wandered along the wooden boardwalk by the water, fishing quietly or catching crayfish in groups. Away from busy work, we chatted and laughed, drawing closer amid peaceful countryside scenery.

After the quiet countryside tour, we headed to the amusement area for exciting activities to release stress.

Bumper Cars No superiors or subordinates here, only colleagues having fun together. We bumped, dodged and chased each other with laughter everywhere. Staff who always stay rigorous at work fully relaxed and enjoyed themselves.

03 Unite Hearts and Gather Strength | Fun Grassland Team Building, Team Power Shows When We Stand Side by Side

Amid leisure time, the outdoor team building challenge officially started. All participants were divided neatly into three teams of red, yellow and blue to polish tacit team coordination through fun contests.

Bean Bag Toss: Players aimed precisely and threw firmly. Every competitor focused on the game while teammates cheered loudly nearby. The venue was filled with excitement, fully reflecting high team morale.

Three-Legged Race: Partners kept identical paces and advanced side by side. Each pair cooperated closely and moved steadily forward. They kept the rhythm through tacit teamwork, perfectly illustrating that unity is strength.

Kangaroo Jump Relay: The fun relay kicked off joyfully. Everyone jumped with all their might. Their clumsy yet lovely poses livened up the whole scene. Laughter filled the air, boosting team vitality and mutual trust.

Fun competitions are never about winning or losing. Every joint effort, every word of encouragement, and every all-out attempt vividly embody the unity, inclusiveness and win-win spirit of the Qiming team.
